RETURNS POLICY

At talcual.store we work with strict quality controls to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. Our Returns Policy establishes clear, legal, and strict criteria to protect product hygiene and prevent fraudulent returns, while always maintaining transparency with the customer.

TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST A RETURN

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS TO ACCEPT A RETURN

The item must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be completely new, with no signs of use, washing, or manipulation.
• Show no odors, stains, makeup, perfume, sweat, or wrinkles caused by trying on.
• Have the original tag intact.
• Be returned in its complete original packaging, without damage.
• Be in identical condition to when it was received.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: UNBOXING VIDEO

To ensure transparency, the customer must provide a video recorded in a single continuous take showing:

• The package closed before opening.
• The full opening process.
• The garment as it arrives.
• The original tag.
• The packaging.

Failure to provide this video will prevent the return from being processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used, washed, or manipulated items.
• Products without tags or without original packaging.
• Items damaged after receipt.
• Products marked as “Final Sale”.

PROCEDURE

The customer must contact talcuaalcontact@gmail.com and include:

• Name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Mandatory unboxing video

After managing the return or exchange through the link, you will receive an email with the instructions and the return label.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT EVALUATION

TalCual.store will carry out an internal review within a maximum period of 15 calendar days.

Only if the garment fully meets all conditions will the refund be approved.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
